If you are suicidal and are abusing drugs or alcohol, your risk for suicide increases substantially. So you need to get help now for your suicidal feelings and your drug or alcohol abuse.
Please do not delay.
If you need to go to rehab -- Go. You have an emergency on your hands and you need to act.
If a friend of yours needed help because of a drug or alcohol problem, you would help him or her. So, please be a friend to yourself and get help.
And get the alcohol and the drugs out of the house. You cannot have them near you. Period.
